Book a callout ›The make, the model and what it was doing when it quit. That is usually enough for him to work out what to bring, which is what saves the second trip.
Paddock, shed or yard. Jamie finds the fault on-site and quotes the repair before touching it, so you can decide whether to fix it now or work around it.
Most jobs get finished in the one visit. If a part has to come from elsewhere, you are told that up front rather than discovering it when the machine is already in pieces.
